MICHELINE "MICKI" A. LEININGER has spent over three decades working with one of Pennsylvania's most prestigious government relations lobbying firms. She was present at the inception of Malady & Wooten, Inc. and remains an integral component to the continued success of the firm today.

Micki, a stickler for details and deadlines, has proven an invaluable asset to both clients and other members of the firm. Her ability to constantly multitask while keeping focused on a collective goal has been a tremendous asset to the firm's operations. She brings a hands-on and thorough approach to effective client service and always makes an extra effort to ensure no small detail gets overlooked and every possible resource is expended to accomplish the firm's goals and exceed our client's expectations.

As our Office Manager, Comptroller, Human Resources Representative, and Special Projects Coordinator, Micki's commitment to success is unwavering. She handles the firm's financial reporting, banking and cash management, payroll, client billings and collections, vendor payments, political action filings and the firm's Lobbyist disclosure filings. Additionally, she helps clients connect to the Malady & Wooten team and fosters an organized and functional environment. Micki's in-depth knowledge of the firm's processes ensures that we never stray from our primary goal – providing exceptional client services. When Micki is not keeping the firm fully operational and accessible, she takes care of her growing family. Micki resides in Cumberland County with her family and enjoys being a Granny.
