Heather is a vital member of the Malady & Wooten team, bringing unwavering dedication and expertise to her role as Office Manager and Comptroller. With a keen focus on efficiency and accuracy, she oversees financial reporting, banking and cash management, payroll, client billings, vendor payments, political action filings, and lobbyist disclosure compliance. Her meticulous approach ensures the firm operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional client services.

Beyond financial oversight, Heather plays an integral role in connecting clients with the Malady & Wooten team, managing special projects, and maintaining a well-organized and functional office environment. Her deep understanding of the firm’s processes guarantees operational excellence and reinforces our commitment to exceeding our clients' expectations.

Prior to joining Malady & Wooten, Heather spent over thirty years working in administrative roles throughout York and its surrounding areas. She is also actively involved in the Girls on the Run organization serving as a coach for adolescent girls as well as volunteering her time at many events within the local school district and community.

Heather holds an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania and resides in York County with her family.
